Step 1. Stop the Server.

Step 2. Click configuration files.

Step 3. Click Config Editor.

Step 4. Edit the settings you want. PvP and Friendly Fire don't work yet.

Step 5. Click Save and Exit.

Step 6. Restart server.
Remember you most likely won't be able to find your server in the server browser until they fix it.
